Reminder that it’s the little things that bring us back to ourselves. For me, a 10 minute walk can change my entire day, a 10 minute meditation can change my mindset, a 10 minute work session can get me back in the zone.

Don’t have a high tolerance for minimal effort. My last relationship taught me that the more chances you give someone, the less they value you. Never let someone get comfortable disrespecting you. You ultimately decide how other people treat you by demonstrating the treatment you accept, tolerate, and walk away from. Walking away from something that’s “good enough” will be one of the hardest things you ever have to do. Know that when you accept a situation or relationship that is less than what you deserve, you are blocking the better possibilities that are currently orbiting around you, waiting for you to feel worthy. Everything you bring into your life through your conscious and unconscious decisions are mirrors showing you what you believe you deserve. Heal the parts of yourself that take the scraps because they deny the meal that will satiate.

This chickpea pasta has 23 grams of protein in half the box (which I usually eat as a serving). I pan fry eggplant and spinach, add the boiled pasta and tomato sauce, and top with dairy-free Parmesan cheese. This is my new go-to dinner when I want something fast and filling.
